We use FirstRate5, House Energy Rating Software (HERS), to Thermal Performance Assess all the residential plans that we receive. FirstRate5 is a 2nd Generation Software which complies with the Australian Building Codes Board Protocol for House Energy Rating Software for Residential Buildings Version 2006.1.
Sustainability Victoria, who designed and maintains FirstRate5, have worked hard over the years to keep this house energy rating software upgraded and in alignment with the national benchmark software, AccuRate.
